My question is should I just put on the grow switch for seedlings then turn on the bloom switch after two sets of true leaves? This is my first time using leds. Any advice?

Use the Grow switch for the first 3-4 weeks or Once vertical stretch stops and the plant truly starts flowering not when you see the first white hairs.
