Lighting Mars Reflector 48

Hi all, Gonna switch from t5's, I plan on growing two plants, each with a Mars reflector 48 in a small tent. (3*2*5) Will these put off enough light for one plant each?

I think that light should be fine for one plant. 2 of those lights in that tent should cover you pretty good.

i have two young'ns under one 48 at day 19 or something, i can keep you posted if you like.
i struggled to find good videos of 48's in use.
