MarsHrydro TS1000 Distance Issue

Got the TS1000 in my tent and for my two grows had cupping issues on the plants even though I had the light the recommended distance away.
This grow I had it at 16 inchs away from the plant during flowering and even turned the light down to 80% but still they suffered badly , leaves dried up and cracked etc.

Anyone else having these issues, or is my light perhaps defective...

Environmental - RH 60-65% , Temp 19-24C

Had another plant that was a bit lower than the two that had the cupping issue which didnt cup.

For what it's worth, my first/last grow was under two TS1000 and I kept them at recommended distance in the manual or closer, but that was mostly because I constantly forgot to adjust them, obviously the light can affect stuff but I don't think it's the sole culprit.

My 2c....I've run a ts1000 for over a year now....at 16-20 inches....in flower only....and not noted any similar issues...even though it's alongside cobs and other leds...there's another parameter or two givin you fits....

I have a ts1000 and tsw2000. I wouldn't worry much about the leaf coupling there. Looks like it cud be just the end of the plants life so shes drying out. If it was in veg I'd worry. I've had plants do that and never worried about it and it never affected anything other than appearance.
