NEWS Massachusetts Hardship Cultivation Registration - Anybody done this yet?

That being said... It appears that the new caregiver law which was enacted this past January is still not fully implemented. It seems that the focus is on opening dispensaries first. Which will naturally 'winnow' away the number of eligible 'hardships' and subsequent caregivers...

So there is still grace until the state starts to enforce the new 'hardship' law, which starts the inspection and regulation process...
