It would not hurt to see if you can transplant or pull them out and fix your issue... it is worth a try....or just transplant them...

Are you using coco and/or airdomes bro? I wouldn't worry about not having the bottom layer of pebbles if you are... If not then might want to repot.

I am using clay pebbles, coco and perlite. I just attempted to transplant them and the coco was too loose. I was just left with giant root balls. I just took everything down and had somewhat of a cleaning fit. 4 new surprise seeds have been dropped and I will update very soon.

I re-potted my AutoPots with a 1" layer of clay pebbles around the Air Domes, and the rest coco/perlite.

I definitely learned 3 mistakes this grow. Remember me botching my White Widow? @lilm00re14 then I turned around and killed it on my Auto Ultimate grow. I learned from my mistakes and turned things around.

Well... Bad news.
I came home to wilted and fallen over girls. I'm going to have to manually fill the reservoirs and top feed them I'm guessing to finish off this grow. They drank about half of their reservoirs and stopped. I'd definitely say the clay pebbles are my issue here...

Do you think it would be safe to almost "transplant" them, AKA repot them? Or do I kill and start over before I'm too involved? I don't have much time at all to hand feed since summer is upon us.

That's somewhat of my issue. It's summer time, so I'm at work roughly 60 hours a week, not including the long commute.
