It's not for the faint of heart... but well worth it if done properly, especially when you have monsters on your hands and need to limit upward growth, plus it will most likely increase your yeild on the cropped branches/colas...

Yes, I watched this crazy old guy from Canada, Chef Derek Butt do it... It takes some courage to do it but he made me feel good about it... That and lollypop'ing which gave me some big hard tops on the kush... The Trains are loving that too... so I figured that since I was getting another tent and light, I'd try this out on her because she's so damn healthy and HUGE. She took it grandly. As if she'd had a leaf cut off. I'm going to bend the cola too so that everyone is about the same height. Sideways cola... lol... that or I might swirl it in the middle like a cinnamon roll
I'll do a video during the next phase so you can see the knuckles... If someone saw me doing this to their plants they would shit a brick... It looked dead for a while... flmao
