Hey guys,

I thought it about time we make a dedicated thread where if there's any order concerns or questions people can post directly and a member of our team will be along to answer/investigate it for you.

(Sometimes things get lost in the customer service feedback thread if it's busy)

This can be general order, stock, site questions, or specific to your personal order, but if you post please don't post any information sensitive to you or us, we'll have all those kind of details contained in your order.

We're always learning as we go with Mephisto, where once it was just two of us, we now have a team of 7 doing various tasks.

Inevitably there'll always be growing pains and issues, but we're constantly putting our heads together to find a way to streamline and smooth out our processes and business practices. And make it a better experience for everyone.

I must say with increased order volumes it's really not easy, but we're working to get it sorted.

I'm positive that distributors and shops do earn their (hefty) commissions.. but we'd like to keep direct and in touch with our customers for as long as possible

I feel I chose wisely going direct even more so now that I see this thread, put in a order ticket and the response was lightning fast , well spoken and polite plus payment options were super simple. If the momentum continues I'll more than likely order again next month, I've yet to receive a tracking number but am certain I will soon (it's only been two days lol).
 
Hey @mephisto I am a huge fan but I am having difficulty with an order. The order was paid for on June 5th. Could you help verify that it has been shipped? I can totally understand how things can get mixed up. I am little concerned that something I ordered is no longer in stock.
