Mephisto Genetics Mephisto General AFN announcement.

Sounds like you are moving up the corporate ladder, becoming an executive, delegating responsibilities, etc. You need to resist "sole proprietor syndrome," with company founders trying to maintain control of everything, as they did for the first years of their company.

Maybe, you can sooner or later tell us about your business plans. For example, does Mephisto plan for organic growth, such as expand seed operations, add more farms? Or will Mephisto do some mergers/acquisitions, industry consolidation, maybe become by far the no. 1 auto seeds source? Or like most high tech startups, is the preferred long-term outcome to be acquired or merge with a larger company? Ever considered going public, selling stock? There seem to a lot of people, at least in the US, looking to invest in cannabis ventures, and yours is an actual company with real products and sales, unlike most of these investments that seem to go to total startups.

Much respect Mitch. Keep up the great work, we all appreciate your efforts! It's been awesome watching your business flourish over the years. Don't go too far though, love to see the massive grows and behind the scenes views you've provided us.

Work to live > live to work

Definitely! It’s just about finding that right balance. I can’t sit about Lollygagging all the time, but neither can I work all the time without losing the plot.

Keep in touch Mitch. @gbd is a good man. He does a great job. Good luck @mephisto

Appreciated marga, you’re an OG meph_head, we’ll always have time for you and your nice set of growing skills.

I definitely suffer from sole proprietor syndrome, it’s hard to let go but it’s also impossible to be like that now, there’s just much too much to do, always.

The key is finding a great team you can trust to take care of business,

I think we’re just going to keep on with organic growth, trying to improve and streamline the overall running of operations which will only serve to benefit everyone. Slow and steady has basically served us well so far.

We’ll definitely look to expand, you can never have enough space! We’ve already done this as there was not enough space to incorporate everything under one roof at farm one. Ideally we’d like a facility for projects, one or two for seed production and another for testing.

Right now I don’t particularly see any mergers on the horizon, but we’d like to consider some joint projects certainly, if we can help someone out sometimes and likewise they can do the same for us, that lessons the burden for sure.

We’re at a quite tricky stage really where we’re no longer small small but neither large, just straddling the two for certain aspects.

Also we’d rather keep everything self funded, I don’t like the idea of selling out unless someone could really offer us something truly remarkable either as an opportunity or monetary. And to me having shareholders or partners to please is also like having a boss and there’s enough pressure without that I feel.

Who knows exactly what the future may bring though!
Cheers
