Hey People,
I was never able to find much written about Mephisto's Auto Livers strain, I received it as a freebie. I can't really help you with it's true potentials, because I accidentally introduced thrips into my tent and they decimated me. I lost 4 strains, all Mephisto, and all I had of each strain. It was one of those "clean up" grows ya do from time to time, I really have a great time doing it that way, usually.
Anyway, this, and a "Bubbasquanch" were the only survivors, and they didn't really thrive. I probably got 1-1/2 oz dry, off of the Liver.
It is a surprisingly blue-green in color, kinda neat looking. Fairly tight nugs, mine looks like a true 50/50 sativa/indica hybrid.
The smoke is a little fruity tasting, pleasant, thick smoke. You remember the dope from the 70's, and how the smoke would rise oily-like, real thick/dense smoke? It's like that.
The buzz. I haven't had a buzz such as this one in a long time, and I'm a heavy med user. I guess I would say it's got "visuals" a little? You know, close your eyes and listen to some music and you get those oily colorful bubbles streaming affect? LOL. It's a really good high. I hope it stays this way through the cure.
Edited to add; This bud is the kind that when you pinch a little bit off of a nug, it squishes flat against one of your fingers, and is then like trying to flick a booger off of your finger. Some sticky bud folks.
