Understood stepside and that is kinda my point, which I probably didn't make obvious very well. Since it is so centralized to folks here at AFN, it may well have been one plant expressing a nonviable mutation. This is based solely on deductive reasoning and is admitedly faulty as I cannot factor in the method with which the seeds are broadcast to consumers because that is proprietary info I do not expect to be shared.

Great advice Hubba thank you. Another bit of advice I can share from too much experience. Have all of your supplies on hand for the grow before you star the grow. I live in a very isolated region and part of my issue is I can't zip out to the hydro store cause there is no hydro store, everything has to be shipped in.

Well it is funny later, not funny when the plants need something you have to make a special trip.

UPDATE TIME!
Cytosine is starting to take off!

and Adenine is starting her growth too.

The other two seedlings did not make it, but I want to stress that I really believe it was due to my own inept efforts to germinate my seedlings. they did germinate, they just couldn't complete the process. Water under the bridge.
I dropped my last WT bean today in the traditional manner aged tap water and a paper towel, should have germ sign in a day or two.
