If it's not documented. It didn't happen. A journal of the grow is very important. Even if not public. Keep notes of what you do. Mistakes happen in growing. A journal helps figure things out.

I was just talking to someone about this I kept my first grow journal on a new tablet no back up mistake I got memory card now was suppose to be one in it but I should have put journal here and boy them notes would have helped I can't remember anything anymore.
What is that on top of your dirt in first pic looks mixed in on second pic is that the mephisto super soil if so how much did you use?

@SouthCarolinaYardDog yes the whitish stuff is the super soil I used 2 tbs per gallon per gallon of pot size. But I only let it on top to show it. U have to mix it up then add the rest of your medium. Example this was a 3 gal pot so I filled the pot half way up with roots original and earth worm castings then added 3 tbs of @gbd super soil mix to account for the 1.5 gallons of pot I was covering (3 gallon pot total but I'm only covering half) but u can go 4 tbs I played it safe. Next I mixed the super soil and medium up real well don't let it sit like I have it in the pic. Then I added just roots original and earth worm castings to top it off. Hope that helps

Looking for something a little more friendly for some reason mine came with a scooper in it so I assumed to use it I measured it holds right at 2 1\2 tbs I used a lite organic mix I had with ewc I guess it was their scooper it was in plastic zip lock with powder in it sealed in a black envelope you had to tear seal off to open I also got stuff laying around for teas so I guess we will see best of luck to yeah my girl is not big enough yet to hot the super soil but she's moving along.

This soil mixed with ewc and roots original is working very nicely. Added a bit of calmag to correct an early problem but all is well. Also added molasses and Epsom salt in the first 3-4 weeks. Around day 35 I hit it with 5-1-1 fish fert and molasses. Mainly just water and calmag thou. Around day 50 I started using avalanche with the calmag. On day 59 today and I will switch to straight water from here on out. Here are some pics of my 9 plants from day 1-59 enjoy as I def recommend the @gbd super soil mix.
