How long does it typically take for Mephisto to respond with payment details?

Usually quite quickly. You should check your junk mail folder if it did not get to regular mail. As per the request, you need to put their sales address in your contacts and even then, still check junk. Once the payment is made, expect that you will get confirmation that payment has been received about 12 hours later, or less. Mephisto is asking for 4 days afterward to process the order. This is prior to the new distibution setup.

You should have heard by now that your order was received and direction to complete payment( PayPal or privately arranged Credit card charge. If you checked your junk mail and have added sales into your contacts, I would email Brad and let him know. I am sure they have many orders to fill, but IME they always acknowledge receipt and instruct on payment. FWIW, the MG team ALWAYS comes through!

Yes I placed an order and got an email confirming but still no contact about a payment options. But I only placed it yesterday but I'm use to them getting back to me faster lol spoiled and hooked same time hahaha

Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes they get redirected there. If not shoot me your order number and I will look into it further.

from my understanding is they dont have a direct stockists in the US no more.maybe soon.
mephisto seeds can still be had from a few us seedbanks,but would need to check mephistos website for details of the who and where.

Yup been getting them from there. I made an order on the Mephisto website and never heard from them on payment.
