Been looking around at different options for a water only grow that I could do without much work involved.

Was having a look on the mephisto website for my next order and seen the bio tabs for eu customers, has anyone used these would like to see the results thinking about ordering a pack.

I've seen a decent photoperiod grow including biotabs starter kit, autopots and coco/perlite mix.
same here, I want to give a shot t but not sure how it works with autos. hope someone'll illuminate our path

here is a note from that grow:

"...These are slow-release fertiliser tabs and are composed of bone meal, blood meal, fish meal, natural humic acids, beneficial bacteria and a formula of slow-acting Nitrogen, with an NPK content of 12-9-9. It’s important not to use too much tabs with those marijuana plants more sensitive to high nutrient concentrations, since the excesses of nitrogen can quickly damage certain strains like, for instance, automatic plants."

I'm guessing with mephisto doing autos it should be fine? Wouldn't make sense them selling them if not.

Im going to fire an email there way see what they say and order some try them with one seed see how they go they are €15 for a 10 pack and u add 2 to a pot so no harm in trying.

i should read things properly haha well I'll send an email see what they say and let you know.

oops my bad, mephisto already recommended it that it's solid* and no harm like you said.
maybe I can give up the starter pack and just go with the tabs, simple and fully organic combo.
found some examples on AFN now, time to dig it
good luck with your grow :smokeit:

Yeh they're pretty straight forward to use,

For an example we use two per 15 liter pot when running 9 per 600w light.

You can put them half way down the container to allow the plant to become established before it starts needing/drawing nutrients or you can add them just 3-5cm under the soil surface when the plant is 2 weeks old.

Both those ways have worked fine, also if you start with two, and our plant starts to look a little hungry you can pop another tab in mid-late grow, it's worked as a rescue for us and it takes effect pretty quickly.

It'll be a little learning curve to see what works exactly best for your plants/setup, but personally they are pretty fail safe, and we use a tonne of them now.

cheers

I'm in the states so I got the soil amendment but I found this by finding the tabs which was what I wanted to try. I'm doing my second grow with their stuff I have organic stuff for emergency but hoping for water only grow. Good luck with yours I'm going to post journal on these 5 I'm running in their admendment.B because if it works good many people will use it.

You can buy the tabs direct from biotabs website...that's where I got mine.
I wish I could buy them from
Mephisto but it just isn't possible yet.
