So I have been running a dimmable ballast at 600 watts for two months on a 20/4 light cycle with no problems. I just hit the switch on my timer to shut it off to reprogram it to run 24/0. When I hit the on button, for the timer program, the bulb didn't turn back on. I waited for 5 minutes and nothing. The ballast is still running just no light from the bulb which also doesn't appear to be damaged in any way. What has happened? Should it be obvious that it blew? I put an HPS bulb in and it works.... With how new it is could I go back to the seller and ask for a replacement or was this my doing?
