New Grower Microwave's 2nd LED Grow - Purple Kush

Purple Kush was only my 2nd grow, so if I can do it so can you! Sounds like your setup will work and a 90w ufo is fine. Keep in mind that this plant is relatively small.

This plant grows itself, I added nutes only sparingly. I cut her down after about 60 days but she could have gone another week or 2. After an almost 2 month cure, the buds provide a great couchlock stone and are the envy of my friends due to the great stone and the bag appeal. The stone isn't a body stone like Northern Lights, but a definite couchlock indica stone, which I like alot. Helps heaps with stomach issues that I have.

I don't mind answering! I reckon she was around 50 cm or a bit under 2 feet high.

@ PHUCKup - Sorry for the tardy reply! I reckon that your grow space will be large enough for pk. Easy to grow plant, you should be fine.

Outstanding grow and very informative! I've got a seed of this ordered (along with Dark Devil auto from Sweet Seeds and Queen Purple auto from All in Medicinal Seeds) from Castle--should be here in less than 2 weeks. I also have gastro issues.....Rochester Mayo gastro doc thinks I have CVS (Cyclical Vomiting Syndrome) but I have my doubts.....docs also think that smoking weed makes the problem even worse--again, I seriously doubt this for several reasons too long to go into here. Anyway.....thanks for the grow report--I'm considering getting an LED light as well after reading your experience with it!

awesome grow dude I was thinking about getting purple kush auto when I started up again,it has everything I want,we ended up picking newer strains (betty bo.....dr feelgood) ,,,ur plant looked damn good through the hole grow,very healthy,lovely colors,i love how it started changing to purple early great job dude!

Heavy indicas like purple kush work really well to relieve my gastrointestinal issues. That's just my experience, yours may differ. Only one way to find out though. I've also discovered that purple kush does wonders to relieve the common head cold! Who knew? :thumbs:

The 90w led ufo light works great, no issues at all and each of my plants have responded extremely well to it. :dance2:

That's alright...Microwave deserves the attention...he's one of the masters of low wattage/small space growing
