New Grower Ministry of Cannabis: Royalmatic X 5

This is the set up for this grow. Lighthouse 3X5X7, BS240uv & UFO135 & 4 t5's (10,000, 6500, 3500k) lights, 6in duct fan (240cfm) and 2 9in clip-on circulating fans (one now second in a few weeks), trio & sledgehammer & advanced sensi cal/mag grow/bloom & superthrive nutes, bottled spring water. Still can't view any of my pics and I am tired of trying. The seed bank has moved to Spain and they don't list this seed on their web site but I remember almost buying it two years ago. Anyway OSSC still sells them and I had a good luck with their Anglematic so here we go. Seeds are soaking in a shot glass full of plain water and will be planted when they sink tonight. The airpots (5) 3gal took two bags of pro-mix ultimate, about a half bag less than my 3gal bags. I am thinking of replacing the ufo135 with another BS240uv, the price is down now that their new line is out, any sugestions?

Four of the five seeds have come up and look good. I will wait till Sunday before planting something else or just go with four plants. Very light watering, misting with a spray bottle actualy, ph 6.7 areated and half cap/gal super thrive. The last of five came up today.

Day 4 and they got their first real watering, 200ml each areated water ph 6.5 with a half cap of superthrive/gal. Except for a light misting, soil not plant, no water till Wednesday or Thursday. I don't foliar feed, I have no reason why not to. This is the hard time, doing nothing else but wartering, a little. Winter won't quit around here so my rh is still about 35-40% but I have been able to keep my tent temps at 75-80f (lights on) nights 65f. I warm my water to 75f just before wartering because I think the girls like it, I don't know if it help but it makes me feel good. The 6in clip-on cirulating fan is on low and just moving the air a little, in a few days I will point the fan at the plants to shake the stems. I have started rotating the plants once per day and will continue throught the grow.

Week one done and all five look good. Just gave them 250ml areated ph 6.5 water with a half cap superthrive/gal. I have spaced them out in the tent and pointed the one clip-on fan at them on low speed, enough to shake the stems a little more. The LEDs are still at 24in and I will leave the 10000k T5s in for two more weeks and than switch with 6500k. Bad news on the budget front , looks like another bs240uv will have to wait till next grow.

Just gave all a first feeding of 5ml cal/mag grow and half cap superthrive @700ml each ph 6.7 temp 78f. I will keep the leds at about 25in a little longer, I am going to tie them down a bit this grow, to help streach them. I have the second circulating fan (6in clip-on) in the tent, one on the timer one constant. Growth is ok and the color is good, all are about 3in with a second set of true leaves coming out. The discription in OSSC for this strain claims 75gr per plant indoors and the mix is almost even between Indica, Sativa and Ruder (35%,35%, 30%) and THC up to 17%. If I don't screw up the ph again or over feed with I might just get 60gr each.

Start of week three and the air pots are acting as I hoped, drying out faster than the plastic bags I used to use. I was able to give another mild feeding, 5ml grow big and 10ml big bloom with a half cap superthrive @800ml each 6.6ph areated water. Also I have changed my T5s from 10000k to 6500k for the rest of veg. Growth and color are still good and I think sex will show by the end of the week. For the last few grows I have been trying to use FD's feeding schedule but I couldn't because the soil was still too wet at this time of my grows. Also I had nute burn and salting up problems because I kept trying to make up for a lost feeding or two.

This is day 19, I think, and the girls have all shown their sex and look good for their age. All got Advanced sensi cal/mag grow (4-0-0) 10ml/gal @ 800ml each ph 6.7. In a day or so I will water with plain ph 6.5 water until I get enough runoff to check soil ph.
