Mixed Megacrop storage?

I cant take the time to mix up nutes daily. I also dont have an active rez.
Can i mix up a batch for say a week and store it in a jug in a darker corner of the room?

I think GL had suggested it’s possible, but it does have items in it that will react to light, heat or lack of oxygen. If you are an intelligent gardener I think it can be done very easily.

I used to mix up a nutrient bucket and let it bubble for a week sometimes before feeding.
Now I add directly to a DWC buckets that doesn’t get changed out for 3 months. So stable and viable in my opinion.

I think it should be something each person figured out a ratio on their own. Start small. Maybe mix a gallon with 4x a certain amount. Now you should be able to use 1/4 of that mixed into 3/4 gallon to have s useable gallon of nutrients.
Maybe, this is where your EC meter can help make the perfect ratio for your water.

This will definitely be a many opinions response so the above is only MY thought and not gospel.

I mix up 5gals at a time for my 2 plants, and feed them for a week off of the mix. I got an air stone and small circ pump in the pail to keep its all mixed/oxygenated. Keep it outta direct light and you should be fine. I also tried the concentrated mix, had 1gal of 2500ppm+ mix that I would just pour abit of it into plain water, diluting it down to whatever strength I needed. I find it easier and more consistent just mixing up a 5gal batch at a time.

I’ve been using Danner AP4 pumps at 3.5 watts in my 8 gallon buckets with no issues and use a a silent $10 2watt job for fish tanks from Walmart for nutrient bucket and it works well and hardly notice it’s their, put cover on the bucket.

Bonus is you can brew your bennies constantly.

@Frenjamin Banklin @Garage_Grower , may i ask what you think about temps? could there be too cold / too hot temps that would damage MC? do you have specific temps for your bubbling tanks?

oh and @Hypathetical Gardener , maybe you can avoid bubbling but temps might also be detail to consider... at least i think i'm able too... hope i'm not wasting my nutes though... hehehe

i'm a mega crop newbie, been using it since about mid-dec 2018 in coco-coir hempy buckets that get watered/fed daily. i have the previous MC version but soon will get a sample of the newer version. i use tap water (50-60 ppm, 7.0-7.4 pH).

i don't bubble my weekly solution of MC (5 liter jug that lasts about 7-9 days) or the hempy buckets' reservoir (1 lt reservoir filled with perlite), and so far it hasn't been necessary for MC to keep my plants happy it would appear... BUT when the solution is stored above 18-20C after 3 days or so it starts smelling weird... like ammonia maybe or rotten sewage water.
I still used it the times it started smelling bad and even kept it stored after that and don't believe anything bad happened.... or maybe that attracted the springtail infestation i have on the plant i fed that funky smelling MC feed.

anyhow i'm freakin high right now and just writing too much... hope it helps a bit though.

I bubble mine at around 18°c, and every now and then I get a batch that gets a nice aromatic funk to it as well, I still use it.

Have no specific advice other than to say my bucket has been 65-85 degrees Fahrenheit
