New Grower Molasses.

when my plants go in to bloom, I stop sugar beet molasses. and stick to P and K only, one of my bloom mixes has some nitrogen in it, but not much. to keep the micro herd, well in the last couple of weeks, they get plain water, with local honey. there are a lot of sexual intellectuals, (fucking no it all's ) out there. that will have questionable advice. like the boy in the video you posted. I was growing before he was born.
