Well I may have shit the bed...

I had some soil FF HF in a bin that I keep my soil in. I opened the bin and it had some mold on top of the soil. I remember hearing that mold is good as far as soil is concerned but I removed the mold which was just on part of the top layer.

Anyway I used the soil on some seedlings. Seedlings have popped but so has some more mold.... Mold freaks me out.

Mold forming on my tent pole, looks like white hairs with clack balls on the tips

Please advise... I have plenty more beans so I'll throw this shit out in a second. Just say the word.

Thanks :smokebuds:

Hmmm. How's your airflow, temps and RH? Immediately remove the mold for now and clean. Not sure maybe more airflow less humidity? Best of luck dude. Mold blows.

Thanks squid :smokebuds:

Did some research, some sort of common brown fungus mold. Caused by lack of airflow and high humidity. Makes sense. It's been warmer in the room where I store my soil. Also with the domes covering my eggs and 80+ degrees in the tent. Scoop it and circulate :D Oh, not dangerous as well, safety break :group:

Damn. I just noticed I was in the infirmary. Not the best in here, but glad I turned out to be correct. Take care Rob. :D

Hope you dont mind me jumping in But I'm pretty certian you can treat some molds/mildew with a 2 to 1 mix of organic White cider vinager and water use as a spray(google it to be sure)

Thought it might be helpful to clean that tent not sure on the soil(might be okay)

good luck

:peace:
