More hermies from selfied Fems?

Is it better to selfie from a regular female or femmed seeds? Does this have any bearing on whether or not seeds will be hermi? Also better to pollinise same reversed plant or another same strain female?

I've actually yet to see any evidence feminizing plants causing higher chances of hermaphroditism.

I've seen hundreds of Ethos photoperiod clones all hermie in a greenhouse by comparison.

its a great point i wasnt even aware of how fem seeds were made up until a week ago.... so how many times can you fem them like this before you run into problems? like slow growth and smaller buds stuff like that? is this even an issue? im guessing you keep the original pollen for as long as possible and use it to pollinate future females

I'm not really sure. But even pollinating a mid sized branch is going to yield you more seeds than you and a few friends could probably grow in a lifetime. I'm almost thinking I should just start snacking on my seeds at this point.

that is very true and funny. i mean the seeds are probably packed with some nice omegas. I just object to the prices of seed nowadays they are making an absolute fortune off this stuff. I dont mind paying you know like 30-40 euros if i knew i had a stash of good beans but per seed? its such a rip off

In reply to the original post, you can totally self the same plant. But know the timing is a little off. Ive had better results from starting the pollen donor 3 to 4 weeks ahead and then pollenating other plants. But if ya only got one seed, ya gotta do what ya can.
