Mephisto Genetics most potent mephisto strain.

Come on over... I've got a 7 gram cannagar waiting. 6.5 grams of sour stomper, .5 grams sour stomper rosin.
We'll get that taken care of!

Sounds like we're close in age, am 54. My son (25) heads off to the dispensary and brings around their top stuff once in a while. (30 miles from Berkley) I have yet to see anything coming from a dispensary that can touch decently grown "home grown" weed. Probably due to their processing, trying to knock off every bit of keif they can so they can sell it as a concentrate.

Its unfortunate, but dispensary weed is fast becoming different flavors of bud light.

montana's still just medical, and even at that, this random crop king photo grow is better than store bought before even chopping next week (first photos and autos going right now). the popcorn i keep stealing was better than the store before they were even cloudy lol

edit: i'm convinced my provider makes the best baked goods edibles on the planet, so i go back for treats

those are lab numbers from mephisto and other growers, can't really help you grow better weed, i'm new. so you dispute these numbers, but just explain it away because you either don't lab test, or just can't achieve the same results with your grow style. yup, throw your arms up and just say can't be done. good informative post there

There is a problem.

We don't know how those 20+% samples were prepared.
There is a financial advantage to claiming high thc numbers.

It's true that some growers are better than others, and as you decided to point out, I could be a terrible grower.
But when any grower establishes a baseline of potency over dozens of strains, and several years, questionable lab tests of a harvest particle are far less reliable than how we judge the potency using our own bodies.

When I grew Double Grape, my friends didn't like it.
They loved my other stuff.
I'd give it about 12% thc, but there is thc variation among phenotypes, and the average of several grows would likely be higher.

Growers Choice claims 26% for their CriticalPurple auto.
I didn't believe that number when I bought the seeds, and my suspicion was born out when I grew it.
it's really in the typical 15-20% potency like most other high thc strains.

THC numbers are highly suspect.

I just got into rolling cannagar. I got a press 3d printed off Ebay, works great. I use cigar glue or gum Arabic to glue leaves to the pressed cores. Then I wrap them in hemp string like a traditional thai stick. I keep em in a half gallon jar with a bovada pack to age. My last one I did with no glue wonder how that will work.

What do you use.

Pretty basic, home made mold, hemp paper when not drying leaves. I don't make many. Kinda pointless as I mostly smoke alone.

I made some canary cannagar cobs and buried them wrapped in corn leaves deep into a bin of peat based TLO soil with that delicious earthy smell thing going on and leave them for at least 60 days and longer is better. It imparts the most savory smooth earthen almost kushy smell and flavor. It also does something to the buzz making it more potent and psychedelic like. Try it you won’t be sorry.

Also those numbers are just numbers really and the only real test of a strain is through good old LABS which is large animal bio essay. Basicly smoking or eating it. I have smoked old world land race Sativas that were probably like 12-15% at best and got real high. I have also smoked supposed 30% dispensary shit and truly not gotten as high as the good old land race. When you buy beer do you just go for the absolute strongest alcohol content or do you sip and savor to distinguish Budlite from Hocker Shore heif weissen. It’s no contest!
