Photos, eh?! Sounds like some fun. You mentioned mothers in the OP so that usually means cuttings and cloning. You can grow the photos just like you grow the autos, straight from seed. Of course don't forget to go to 12/12 avter you are satisfied with the vegging!!
If that's what you want then you should be good to go with your current setup. I can do 4 photos in a tent your size and it is quite crowded but controllable. You can also set up a small space with a small lighting setup and take some cuttings, it's fun and fairly simple. The only problem I had with cloning recently was I had to many and could not toss any of them out so have 15 plants currently running and it's using all of my space!!
Please start a thread in the photo section, most of us keep one going there, I am on my 3rd or fourth group in my thread!
