Glas'-- Most likely, it'll cause no harm directly, even if it isn't one of the specific beneficial types of fungi,...but the fact that it's constantly wet enough even in a air-type pot hints at a bit over overwatering,... at this stage they like a little stronger wet-to-dry cycling.... how's the air circ' in there? A little breeze across the pots helps draw some moisture off,...
