Mushrooms in my pots?

The toxicity report may be a wiki inflated rumor. I dug into that and didn't find much evidence.

Don't know why I asked? I'm sure not going to do anything with them except toss them out. Unless they are good fertilizer.

Mushrooms love poop and high humidity. Sometimes a high night time/no light humidity makes them more likely to grow. If they scare you then you may water less or lower your humidity but to be honest mushrooms happen when you have good soil too
