This is my first grow in a long time. I grew 2 outdoor plants over 10 years ago without much knowledge but decent success. This year I decided to try again. So I started some White Widows back in April and they got way bigger than I remembered. I sent them out to friends houses and kept 1. Then I came across autoflowers and decided to give them a try. hoping they would be more descreet on my balcony. Bought Autoberrys from marijuana-seeds.nl. Planted 2 on July 18 which makes them 42 days old today. I didnt do a whole lot special. Bio vegtable soil, 10 liter pots, 6 hours of direct sunlight per day, 18 inside under flourescents, normal vegtable nutrients. As of today I will switch to a flowering nutrient and they will stay outside 100%. As you can see they are in different stages of growth. Same seeds an 20130829_131654.jpgd same growing conditions, but 1 is taller and has been flowering for about a week, but the other is shorter, thicker and has yet to start flowering. I20130829_103202.jpgm not really concerned, just think its interesting. My photo is just starting to flower. Any comments, feedback, advice, tips etc would be appreciated.20130829_103149.jpg

Hmmm, not quite sure what I did with the pics, but a least they are there. A few questions:
How important is direct sunlight during flowering?
Whats the coldest temp these can withstand?
Are 10 liter pots too big?

hi there bud. i would say those babies are looking veryy healthy and beautiful.

The difference in hight can be because of different phenotypes in the strain. (one is more sativa dominant then indica, f.eks. )

10 L seems fine. your not the only one to put it that way :High 5:

Less than 21 C (70 F) is too cold for good growth, ive learned... but im sure someone can chime in with more info on this  sending you some :karma Cloud: buddy :smokebuds:

I did a tiny bit of reading here and on google and some people say they've had their plants in as cold as 50f some say even colder. Mine have nights down around 62 and days in the mid 70s in the winter months. I don't think I would let them get any colder than the high 50s if all possible:stylez rasta smoke:

Shit. Thanks for the replies. Glad I asked on their first night out. Temps here already in high 40s at night. Back inside they went. I guess Ill just keep them on the schedule thats been working.

7 Week Birthday

Today my girls are 49 days old. Plant 1 was taller and started flowering sooner, by about 8 days. Plant 2 has caught up height wise, with 6 cm of vertical growth the past 48 hours. She has started flowering about 4 days ago. Do you all think my second plant will catch up budwise during the next few weeks or she will take about a week longer. BTW, I started both of them on flowering nutes a week ago. Thanks for any input. :grat:

56 days old today. The lady I thought 2 weeks ago was small is now much larger. She is about 10 days behind the other in terms of flowering, but is doing just fine. I think the first one is going to finish sooner. We shall see. Its a ittle cold where Im at today so they have to stay inside:D:

Looking good dude, nice and healthy and lots of bud sites. Have you got them on your balcony most of the time?
