New Grower My first grow ever!

Your grow looks real good. It seems that some plants just want to grow different. On my first grow I had one that took off like a raped ape for no good reason. All were anglematics planted and treated the same but you know women like to be special.

I have the "Short Mix" so I don't know exactly what I am growing, all I know is that they are packed with good genetics.

A couple of spots

Woke up this morning to a few yellowish-brown spots on one of the older 5-section leaves.

I have not fed or watered in a few days and the pots still have a bit of weight to them. I am trying to find the self diagnose your plants link. I cannot remember where I saw it

I don't really see anything else on your plant other than those two little spots. I think it looks pretty darn happy and healthy!! :booya:

Is it possible that you might have splashed a couple of drops on them when you watered last time? Also, did you look at the underside of that leaf just to make sure there's not a little biting arsehole under there having a snack?

Thanks Kindred! I will keep ya on your toes for sure! The first thing I did was look on the underside since one of the videos said that is where mites start. I did not see anyone there so yay! I got my new fan and it is pushing air all over that tent. Since I think it is overpowered it bounces air off all the walls of the tent giving the airflow a very irregular pattern. It also causes my light to move a small amount, but not enough to risk falling. I am really having a hell of a time with the humidity I cannot get it over 50% At least the lower humidity will make it easier to keep mold in check later! mwahahaha ugh

Day 24

They got a drink and feed of Grow Big at 1/4 strength. Ingoing pH was 6.5 with the runoff of "B" at 6.4 and the runoff of "F" at 6.3. With B at 14" tall and F at 8" I am finding it hard to keep them even. The shorter plant is spacing GREAT and has branches coming off with pistils too. The taller plant has more gap between branches than I would really like, so I placed some styrofoam blocks under it to get that one closer, while letting the short one keep it's thing going. I also tied down the taller one a little and pulled out some of the branches that have pistils on them to allow deeper light penetration. The humidity is keeping in the 45-55% range, but I have to mind that humidity rag twice a day or it will dry out a bit much. I did notice the smell of the plants getting a little stronger too.

Sounds real good. By 1/4 do you mean 1/4 teaspoon per gal? I am still a week away from my first feed and I really want to see the effect.

The directions on the bottle says 2-3 teaspoons per gallon, so I am mixing 1/2 teaspoon per gallon. This is the second feeding at 1/4 strength and I have noticed growth every day.

Thanks Minmatar. I have given my girls a nute burn twice, they were ok but I want to avoid it this time. It really helps to have others willing to help.

This is my first grow so I am hoping for a little bit of luck. My hands keep trying to type things but I am very medicated and my brain says stop. (I was looking for some little smiley avitar thingermajigger that represented the heavily medicated state of my brain. I did not see anything that was quite right :cry: oh well I guess before bed I will knock myself out, later :smokebuds:

Edit: This post was a nightmare of grammatical errors and spelling. I cleaned it up a little while trying to retain the original content some. On a side note, I could tell the exact point that I stopped correcting all the typos and just gave up for sleep. lol
