minimum distance.... yes.. 24" prob wouldnt hurt with 1 KW thats a lot of Artificial sun!

seedlings are much more sensitive up to 3 weeks... then they start to toughen up a bit... so be gentle with the babies... when they get to be kids... theyll take the bumps and scrapes better... :smoke:

Alright then. Tomorrow I will drop one light down a couple feet and move my auto under it. Thanks JM a friend saw the picture and said the same thing but he only grows photo's so I wanted advise from here.

2 weeks since they sprouted. I planted them 18 days ago but put them a inch deep so most showed up around the 5th.
So not sure how old they are exactly. I do have one with yellow spots on one leaf any clue what thats about?
Any opinions?
I dropped the light down 12 inches as suggested btw

Yellow spots could be nute spray Burns. ...I seen that when I almost fell over trying to get to a back plant before ....could be summn else can't really see exactly under the HPS .....maybe single out the plant bro on plain lighting ....probably could define it a lil better ....Jm could definitely fix it for ya!!!! .

Yo u talking about the bigger girls too in the back goauto .....I'm seeing that too when I feed small amounts at 3 times a day she seems to dry out really good but I notices it changed when I quit and feed 1 times and a good soak
