-- I need a better pic of that leaf with the white spots,.. looks a lot like thrip damage,.. they are higly mobile, stealthy buggers, often not at the scene of the crime! very small too, but not mite-small,...
as for the rest, that's long term defc.'s hitting, P for sure, others too but symptoms are all muddied now, when this advanced,... 1/3 strength wasn't enough apparently,... how do you check in-pot soil pH? If that's right, then you're too high, and will start to lock out some micronutes like Fe, Zn, Mn, B,... confirming soil pH is [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] priority, how to proceed from there hinges on that,....

Thanks bro I have a ph meter in the soil it's at 6.9 atm I've started hitting them with 3/4 strengh nutrients and cal mag every other water they seem to be picking up .I obveously under fed just strange last grow they where great same everything apart from white patches on leaves

yeah I agree I seeing for sure P and also calmag & ph.. I seen them thrips spots too waira and thought same exact thing, that was my very first guess with all them spots there. I think a good flush & re-introduce nutrients at adjusted levels would be a good start here. I agree they are stealth little fellas often find them under leaf to hide out from your searching...and probably a couple treatments to rid the thrips

Guess they just need more neuts I think it's because I bought decanterd fox farm neuts on eBay..it's same variety same set up ..it's a little cooler in the tent now around 68c because it's winter ..so maybe decanterd nuets .my last where in original bottles
