Many have said this is just an urban legend, others reinforcing it is just photoshop trickery.

Problem is, I have seen such bud with my very own eyes. Goes by a few different names, as usual when folk manage to take clones and try to claim it as their own…
Originally, the original seeds were ridiculously expensive, like 4 digits.

But the biggest problem is not even that. It is the silly amount of seed banks that claim to carry this strain but are complete easy bluffs scams.
It is not trivial to grow and bring out these colours out, but it is not rocket science either - if you know what you're doing.

I used to know a very credible source for this strain, that went completely out of stock for a very long time. Then a laptop change/backup/setup what not… I have now lost track of that seed bank … my silly ass can't remember the name

That's a fake picture of "fruity pebbles og".. That's the strain name.. The pics posted are a misrepresentation of the breeders cut (or particular pheno) of fruity pebbles og, which was pretty colorful. Not that damn colorful, lol, but still had plenty of color. Many of the fly by night auto "makers" (I say makers, because they aren't breeders) have made and sold autos claiming to have fpog in it. Which I don't believe one bit. I had a cut years ago and lost it.. I haven't been able to find a legit cut since. The seeds (by Alien Genetics) are long gone. When the company split, the fpog seeds disappeared from the market. You might be able to find a cross with fpog in it.. But you won't find any legit fpog f1 or f2 seeds anywhere. I thinks JAWS sold an f4 or f5 version for a while a few years ago, but they were fem seeds.. Havent seen any other seeds even close since then.

@Jan:) - I was high AF, but not on psychedelics. The bud I saw my my own eyes looked a lot like the very first picture, but with considerably less color saturation.

To retract what I said, of course I do expect some photoshopping skills to pop out the colours, but the various hues were definitely there. There are tons of pink and purple varieties that when grown indoors simply don't express the genotype due to environmental conditions. If you are able to lazer target your grow room temps and humidity (in some cases quite extreme night/day) - then you definitely can bring out those colours in all their glory
