There are several reasons that the leaves will curl up. Heat will first make the leaves begin to cup,then curl up,change color. Could be heat. Could be over fertilized. Could be over watered or under watered. I'm just saying that you should probably check all the above and make sure that you're using p/h balanced, clean water. I really hope things come together for you.

I don't recommend the finger method at all for watering. It's just not accurate. I suggest.going by weight of the pots. Get an idea for how it feels whem freshly watered then on the dry side.
Canna likes a good wet/dry cycle and it's better to underwater than overwater.
Also, what type of mix are you using?
I am still leaning towards heat stress since your temps are 30. That's just a little too warm to stay at.
Otherwise the curl is minimal and your plants look really good. Just try and get those temps down. Hope this helps. Take care.
