So when I started my journey to start growing my own meds, I loved researching and learning about the whole process from gear to grow mediums, and then came the seeds....

I’m not sure what happened but I have this odd infatuation with collecting seeds to grow. I have over a years worth of seeds to grow out but I can’t stop looking for more!! There’s just so many intriguing strains to try and I haven’t even planted one yet! Then I caught wind of Black Friday Sales and I’m not sure how I’m going keep myself off the Mephisto website. Please tell me I’m not the only one here that has this problem....

There are a lot of us on here that do that also. I probably already collected enough for a few years and still going, I have all my photo period plants in long term storage and half of my auto in long storage. The other half of autos are also in storage, just with easier accessibility.

I have a seed from the first plant I ever grew, its 7 years old now and i cant wait to grow it out and compare to some modern stuff.

I remember pouring over Park Seed Catalogs ordering more varieties for the next spring when I already had MORE THAN ENOUGH seeds and I would save the seeds for several years but eventually I would have to toss the old seeds ..... So I would make seed bombs https://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-Make-a-Seed-Bomb/ and blast a vacant lot .....

Here we are 40 years later and I’m starting to do same but I gotta stop, these seeds are not cheap ......

im not a seed collector,i only grow 15 ish plants a year.mephisto have allways treated me good so its hard to shop elsewhere.with the illuminautos and the special editions this year allready,i was kinda hoping they wouldnt have anymore sales this year.
Its only a bargain if ya need it

Ahhhh, the voice of reason!! I love it! However, in an effort to justify my next unreasonable seed purchase my thought is, how will I know which strains help my medical conditions without trying several or all for that matter? And what about the strains that are bred for freebies? What if one of those strains is the one? I can’t get a freebie without an order....

At least this is what I’ll tell my wife.

I’ve never heard of a seed bomb, though it’s given me an idea to drop a couple in my neighbours yard and see what happens!!
