Fast Buds 2026 Spring Strawberry Gorilla & Lemon AK

Set Up

• 60x180x160 tent
• SF-2000 grow lights
• Lights 20/4
• 5-gallon fabric pots
• Seedling Bags
• Root Riot Cubes
• Seedling tray and germination dome
• Bio-Bizz Light Mix + 10% additional Perlite + Neem Cake
• Variable Speed extraction fan and carbon filter
• One small oscillating fan, one static
• Dehumidifier for lung room
• Bio Tabs Starter Pack + extra grow tabs + BioPK + Molasses

Germination
G Day 0 - Placed seeds in a glass of water set on a seedling heating mat x 24 hours. Some seeds were cracked and noted to have some white showing. Placed seeds in premoistened/heated Root Riot Cubes in a seedling dome and placed on seedling heating mat.
G Day 2 - Added a bit of water to bottom of seedling dome. Added Light @ 56cm & 30% for seedlings.
G Day 3 - Transplanted to the pre-watered/heated seedling bags.

Week 1

Day 1 - Transplanted to pre-moistened and heated seedling bags.
Day 7 - Light increased to 45%.

Height at end of the week around 3 cm. Watered x 2 50cc, oscillating fan turned on.

Week 2

Watered day 8 & 11 50/150cc
Day 11 - 3rd set of leaves forming. Amazed at the growth.
Day 14 - Transplanted into final 5-gallon pots using Bio Tab Starter Pack recommendations.

Height at end of the week ~8cm each with third set of leaves forming.

Week 3

Day 18. Watered 1L with 5ml molasses, Day 21 1.2L

Lights to end the week at 40 cm and 80%. Great growth and LST to Strawberry Gorilla #1 and Lemon AK well tolerated. Added hay to prevent soil from drying out. #2 looks different and noted some of the branches have asymmetrical nodes growing limiting the amount of flower sites, will monitor for any signs of hermie of male. Removed a few fan leaves, small branches and first leaves. Height ~18cm.

Week 4

Day 25 & 28 watered 1.5L

All responding well to LST with daily adjustments, canopy even, defoliated several fan leaves off each, more on SG#1 and Lemon AK. Temperatures cooler that I would like, but tolerating well. Preflower noted on SG#1 and Lemon AK, lights at 30cm & 90%.

Week 5 Flower
Water Days -
LST/Defoliation as needed this week as we move into flower. Lemon AK has been easy to train and her overall shape and canopy looks good.
Will continue LST and close monitoring of SG #2 as she has asymmetrical nodes growing from branches, main branch has symmetrical nodes, huge fan leaves and over all looks much different then SG #1 (which is a typical look for SG), will monitor for any male traits. More to come...
SG#1 looking good, will defoliate and LST as needed.
