Should I use the cal-mag throughout the flowering period also?

It depends on if she needs it. What soil and nutrient combo are you using? If the nutrients aren't going to have enough cal/mag in them to sustain the growth then you will need to use it throughout the grow. My guess is, you have enough in your nutrients, your ph just got out of whack and locked it out. Once you get your ph back in order you should be good with standard nutrients but in some cases not. You just have to play it by eye and feed her what she tells you to. How can you tell, you ask, watch her leaves. She will let you know what she needs.

I'm using happy frog soil and I'm using the canna Vera and canna flora nutes. I'm sticking with CANNA. Their nutes are pretty good.

A4 is giving you great advice! Looks like it may be lock out with an emphasis on cal/mag. I would get the pH sorted out first and foremost, and if that spotting continues add a cal/mag supplement to your grow.

Edit: if it were nute burn like pharmacy suggested the tips of your leaves would be the first to go. To my knowledge over fertilization is always shown through the leaf tips.
