Im a first time grower and have done some research but am a little stumped.

Problem: leaves seem droopy for 2 days now.

Medium/grow method: hydroton / over 3 gallon bucket.

Feed: and supplements used: general hydropinic brand floragrow/bloom/micro & rapid start(2ml) Never more then 5ml of any.
Also botanicare brand hydroguard. 2ml

water source: tap.

Strain/age: its been 3 or 4 weeks.

light used: started out with some light strip grow lights but swiched to a 300w ufo led. Flipped the fan to vent air out.

Climate: its been pretty random lately
As far as the weather goes. I dont think it gets too hot or too cold. The lights and air supply seem to be well ventelated so i would say it never gets above 90 or below 70

Additional info: Again first time grower here. Had plenty of hiccups already. For some reason the blue mystic has been growing what i can only descibe is as a dwarf from the begining. The white widow does not have this feature but has also grown slowly and had some problems with the stem being too weak. Some more support fixed that up though.
I think they grew slowly because of all the moving around and me getting the hang of things. Which is fine ill learn . But now just when i thought everything was fine they started to droop. I had the wife help feeding and think we might have put too much nutes. But she did also water them(they were moved with the origial seed medium & may be holding water) so maybe they are overwatered. Maybe its the light... or ph.. idk. Im lost.
After i noticed though I checked ph and it was way off. Not sure which way though as i was trying to fix it without moving anything and ended up having it red and blue. Since i couldnt get it right i just took everything out and changed the water. Once added nutes and checked ph after some time . Everything was fine so i put them back and waited a day. After the day still droopy i figured that if it was over nutes i probably should have flushed so i did that and waited another day.
Now today they are still droopy so the only other thing i can think of is the light so it is currently off. And i came here looking for aome answers to my noob problems which i realize i probably should have did from the begining.

...probably shock from all the trauma, physical and chemical,... hydro' is a steep learning curve for new growers! Soil/soilless (coco, Promix, et al) is easier,... likely she stunted at this point, but time will tell,... in hydro, everything happens faster, and sometimes, worse in magnitude,.. it's not a forgiving method,... a pH drift can happen in just hours, and cause serious problems... What do you mean by "red and blue"? For hydro, you MUST have a quality pH meter, with storage and calibration solutions, and a TDS/EC meter to measure your ion load and nutrient concentration,.. also, tap water is a gamble, depending on the hardness and pH,.... do you have info on that?
