so one of my plants leaves are spotted orange and gray.so im thinkin calcium def problem is i have no cal/mag but i have some ferti-lome yield booster that says it will correct calcium def but it says to mix 2 tblsps to 1 gallon and spray my buds or foliar feed,is this right or will it harm my baby girl

Hey man, hope you're doing well. Welcome to AFN and it's nice to have ya here!

Any way you could post pictures? What do the stems/stalk look like, is it changing colors? What about the veins of the leaves?

Here's some basic stuff on eyeballing deficiencies. Does anything look close to one of the leaves?

Also how are you monitoring pH? This is a very important element when it comes to growing and managing nutes.

Hey bud ...you may wanna include as much info about your plants as possible a pick would be better. You may wanna add type of nutes used and where your plants are at into the grow ...a pick would be even better..ppl on the page can only give you an good diagnosis if you provide enough info to give you an accurate diagnosis of your problem...if not at best they'd just be shooting in the dark.....if you don't have any cal mag I'd recommend starting your girls off at half strength and work your way from there assuming that's your problem....good luck man happy growin :toke:

Looks like it could be a bit of a cal/mag deficiency. But before doing anything it's always best to know your soil pH. If it's off, it could be a contributing factor. Also, how often are you feeding and at what strength?

well the soil ph is between 6.0 and 7.0,i got a cheap mosser lee soil test kit.i water twice a week once with 3 tblsps big bloom,1 1/2 tblsps tiger bloom and once with filtered water left out for at least 24 hrs.i waterd once with 1 tblsp of epsom salt in 1 gallon of water,oh ya and the bb and tb are mixed in 1 gal also.i have some ferti-lome yield booster that says it helps correct cal def but your supposed to foliar feed is this correct. i appreciate all the help

That's a very broad range on the pH and if it's actually at one end or the other of that range your pH would be out of balance. The ideal range for plants in soil is 6.2 - 6.4, so I think you can see that a more accurate tester is needed. I highly recommend a Hanna Combo. http://www.plantlightinghydroponics.com/hanna-grochek-combo-phectdstemp-tester-p-437.html.

The Fertilome product you have looks like it would be effective. I would suggest you mix up a quart of it and add 1 teaspoon of epsom salts to it. Then do a foliar spray once a day for about 3 days. Cal/mag deficiencies are common with some strains right around the age your plants are, so having a cal/mag supplement on hand isn't a bad idea. You can also use unsulfured molasses and epsom salts for additional cal/mag.
