OK so my pyramid outo shark is 91 days plus she has nice orange hairs on top but still has milky white hairs, specially at the bottom. Like I keep saying the site said 6weeks from start to finish. Anyways my black rose and Northern lights are gonna finish before my auto shark. Also I was wondering if I can cut the fan leafs at the bottom of my plant to get more light. I really don't know what to do. I currently feeding the canna coco range. So what do guys think I should do. Should I Carry on with 18-6 or do a 12-12 or a 20-4 I need to this to hurry up and finish. It's taking way to long.

Pics would be nice. But just for a run down what type of light are you using, how far is the light from the plant, and how tall is the plant? Sounds to me like you are having lighting issues down at the bottom of your plant, which would cause what you are talking about. You could harvest the top half of good buds that are ready now and then let the lower half go another week or 2 to see if they bulk up.
I do split harvests all the time. The T5 lights just don't bulk up the buds at the bottom. I harvest the big cola buds, then let the popcorn at least ripen, usually about 10-14 more days. Just bought a LED for my next grow, hoping to solve this little problem.
OK I've got x4 100w florecen bulbs at the bottom of the tent and my main lights is a 300w marshydro LED, rotating fan. Air intake

The best way to get advice on a grow is in a grow journal, in you journal you can give us all your specs and equipment you use etc, it helps to give us a clearer idea, what you are growing, how you grow and equipment used.
It would be great if you made an introduction so we can welcome you properly and so you ca meet our wonderful members.

When reading seed packets they might say seed to weed in 8 weeks, this often refers to plants grown under ideal conditions, often your plants will take a couple more week to reach their full potential.
You can pinch out some of the large fan leaves if they are obscuring light from reaching bud sites, go carefully and don't take too many off ( you can't put them back on once they are off).
A picture, my man is where it is at right now, without pics we are flying blind.
However if you trichomes are mostly milky with some amber, 70% of Pistils(hairs) are golden and your fan leaves are fading then harvest time is upon you.

thanks guys for your advice. will be posting up my full specs so you can see what im dealing with. ok so today I wen in to check my girls and I realised that the lights where off its been abut 2days with out light. my northern lights leafs completely down and droopy I am sooooo pissed off as she was my main winner. she had some huge nuggets that's needed more weigh on them. I also noticed on my northern lights buds are completely amber but no weight on the buds... WTF anywasy i've cut some of the leafs off started to flush her today and see where I am in the following week or so. is there any chance she might start to put some weight on the buds

CFL's are very poor source of light for growing. Its has sever diminishing returns as far as distance from the plant. If you are going to use CFLs as any type of lighting i would get them as close to the plant as possible without burning them, usually about a 2" away. This will help some with the weight. 9" for a LED is fairly close also. Id try moving it up some, maybe 12-18". Also if you have the old style MarsHydro light it says it will cover a 2'x2' for flowering. Not quite sure how much you are trying to cover with yours.
Also 6.0PH seems a little on the low side for soil. I usually aim for 6.4-6.7 runoff. Good luck hope they bounce back!!

calvin thanks for the info. I honestly feel like the lights can be moved up a bit my cfl are around 2 inches away from the buds. my tent is 2.62×2.62×5.25ft
