Need help with rust fungus.

Hey guys, just need some help with this rust fungus.

Growing medium: Coco
Nutrients: GH trio
Strain: Gorilla Glue
PH: 6.0
Maximum/minimum RH: 40/25
Light schedule: 20/4

I have tried all natural fungicides, neem oil and I have even sprayed the entire tent down with anti bacterial spray. I have two fans running on the bottom and top of the plant.
The plant is 8 weeks old and is 4 weeks into flowering so I have been a little stumped as to what to do because this has popped up at the worst time.
Any advice would be appreciated, I have started to get the feeling like I won’t beat this thing and I will just have to start fresh with a new plant. I only run one at a time.

What is your feed? Most problems start with cal/mag then too much n or not enough food. Most common .

How do the leaf tips look overall? If they’re showing inward curling, might be a nitrogen toxicity.

PH should be around 5.8 and you should be giving calmag with every feeding.Are you feeding nutes at full strength?

Baker-- I don't think this is septoria or anything like that,... the yellowing certainly isn't, and the few scattered spots could be a number of things,.... Are you using any Ca-Mg? What's the water source? get me a whole plant pic in normal light if you can please,.... first impression is some Mg defc. starting,... I see a little tip burn, how old is that? Are you familiar with all the coco do's and don'ts? Coco can't be treated like soil,.... if you're hand watering, in coco you need to be feeding every time, weakly to some degree, with 15-20% run-off each time to keep nute salt build up from accumulating,...
