Need help with the girls!

Hello everyone new here on the page and need some help. Growd common strains before but brand new to Auto Flowers seeds.
Bought my self 5 Northern light vision feminised seeds planted them 11 days ago in Golden Label special mix soil and started 5 days ago with Golden label roots in the water but only use 0,25 ml that is half what it says as i read that you should use half the nutrition/roots as the autos dont like to mutch nutrition.
The PH level of my water is 5.8 when i water them and i have ust 100ml water the first days and now i give them 200ml water each.
Have them under a 150 W MH lamp for the moment in vegg and in flowering am replacing it to 400W HPS.

And now to my problem 3 days ago i got some spots on my leafs and some really strange leafs on them that dont look rty to me.
Have sprayed them with water on the leafs when it started i i have golden label ph - in the water to get the ph down can that be the reason fore the spots? the ACID in golden label ph - ?

Hi Flower-...pardon the delay here, we're a bit understaffed in this forum!..... The girls look pretty good, no deficiencies,... the tiny, white-ish leaf spots look to me like you might have some thrips feeding on them....other markings are slight, and ambiguous,... possible water stains from them getting wet on the leaves during lights-on, and causing a lensing effect that can, on occasion, cause a mild burn... your water is too acidic, or the meter is off-- 5.8 is too low in any case,.. what's your water source? And you mentioned a pH down product...? Water pH should be 6.5-7.0, just to start with,.. we don't know your soil pH, and that's very important, and dictates how you pH your water and nutrients,... I gather, you have a pH meter already? Many folks water until some run-off comes out the bottom, and collect that immediately from a clean pan or something; test the pH of that solution, and compare it to the pH of the water that went in to get an estimate using this calculation:

If your runoff pH is higher than your starting pH, use this equation to determine your soil pH:*
Soil pH = Runoff pH + Difference

If your runoff pH is lower than your starting pH, us this equation:
Soil pH = Runoff pH - Difference.

For example, say your the starting pH of your solution before it goes in is 6.5 and the pH of your runoff is 7.0. The difference is +0.5, so using the above equation:
Soil pH = 7.0 + 0.5*
Soil pH = 7.5

If your starting pH is 6.5 and your runoff is 6.0, your difference is -0.5 and using the above equation:
Soil pH = 6.0 - 0.5
Soil pH = 5.5

>>> I don't really like this method because of all the possible sources of measurement error, but it'll do in a pinch... I recommend getting a quality soil pH probe, like an Accurate 8, that tests soil pH directly... (typical garden store cheap one ones are too inaccurate)....
