If some are lightly damaged make your best judgement call, can't remove all of them. yes, dishsoap water can repel them, but you can do that for now. I think IMO that you will need a knockout punch to kill them. Also there is an isopropyl alcohol and water solution too,I know that one, I am sure it is on this site somewhere's.
Mix three tablespoons of liquid detergent into a gallon of water and use this solution weekly. Many bugs just can't tolerate the taste of soapy water. Collect some of the soapy water in a pan and pour it into a watering can or even use a pitcher to pour it over the plants.
Make sure you spray the whole plant, under the leaves as well, and then dump any excess soap water into the soil.

Alcohol spray is excellent for houseplants, being particularly effective against meal bugs. The ingredients needed are 1/2 cup of alcohol, 2-3 tablespoons of dry laundry soap, and 1 quart of warm water. To make your own pesticide, mix all ingredients and spray immediately. Remember that this solution must be made fresh for each use.
------------------------
Another type of pesticide is salt spray, which is used for cabbageworms and spider mites. To make this pesticide, you require 2 tablespoons of salt, and 1 gallon of water. All you have to do is to simply mix and spray.

Hey try the soap solution, and add three drops of tabasco, or a pinch of cayenne powder to it.
You should get rid of them with that.
Don't let up on them, or they will come back. and you don't want them when you get yer flowers all sticky.
Also: pour about a half inch of sand on top of your soil, to keep them and other pests from laying eggs, they cant penetrate it.
