Not calling you an idiot, but almost every single "help what's wrong!" thread ends in telling the poster to check pH...with the combo I mentioned, you're almost guaranteed good results and stable pH.
all the fancy soil in the world wont help without a ph meter here's a decent made well priced meter.....

One of my friends from a different post is also a autoflower grower and has been growing for 6 years without using PH meters and has been pretty successful with fox farms ocean forest which is why I was asking so much about soil so what I was planning on doing was to get the seed started up then as soon as I get some money from my next paycheck I could buy : http://www.ebay.com/itm/Milwaukee-P...834?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item564d5ac54a
Great ID SmotPoker ... I've grown Nirvana's Blue Mystic 3 times this year. I wouldn't grow ABM w/o a 60" tall box. I'd grow Nirvana's Low Rider instead or a photo 12/12 from seed. If the link in my signature works it will take you to my latest ABM grow ... you'll see why 20" would be a little tight. I have a quality soil pH tester ... the soil in my pots is always between 6.4-6.8 ... I use Lamberts Organic potting soil from Home Depot. I mix it 1 to 1 w/ Perlite ... The soil is too heavy w/o the Perlite ... You will need to fertilize starting at 10 days. Good Luck w/ your grow.
