Looks to be little bit of nute burn on the tips. I tried to search for your post in the infirmary but it's not in there.

They were 16inches away but moved it to 28 from tallest tip. Dont know the ph was hoping to keep it low tek.

thirty inches is about my standard. I agree with @bushmasterar15 looks like nute burn. I don't grow in soil though so not real sure on a fix.

Looking like you have a nitrogen problem maybe ...or mag deficiency i would cut dwn the nitrogen problem by flushing with regular ph water just to rinse off the rooting system before your burnt tips start spreading throughout plants remaining life cycle
With nute burn, the leaves stay green and the tips burn or curl. Too much N turns the leaves a very dark green, they can appear almost black in extreme cases. The tips of leaves will turn downward also.
This is light burn, burnt edges and tips, with yellowing from the end of the leaf inward, and it occurs mostly near the top of the plant.
