New Grower Need to know what this is. (First Grow)

Sex has already showed, Pistols are everywhere, and then i noticed this thing. ive read it could be a pollen sack or calyx.. what should i do? Remove or leave alone? Any advice appreciated.

Looks like a little starter pollen sack. I would remove it. I've found them late in grows also some open some closed. The ones i have found were so late In a grow it never had time to make a difference. I've even had a few plants have tiny brown seeds smaller than a poppy seed IMO.

There is only one plant. Can i remove the pod from plant safely or are you saying to trash whole thing completely?

Just take it off with tweezers and any others you see.
