Hi all,

I have been growing for a while now. Started in a RDWC home made system. Now I run a home made spray head system in a SCROG setup, which works great. I started with a 600w HPS plus a few c.f.ls as supplemental lighting and for popping seeds.
Anyway when the HS1 came out I made the leap and went over to LED. What I found with the HS1 is that the build quality is good, they are excellent in Veg but lacked a bit of penetration power through the canopy when in flower so produce a lot of popcorn bud lower down the plant. When the new GN lights came out I got two of them and so far I have been very impressed. The size of my room at present is about 7x3 feet. The lights are not quite big enough to cover this area so I use some of the HS1 lights as well for periffery lighting.
With the new Telos light, canopy penetration is very good, the light spread is very good even though due to their late addition to my grow room which was three weeks ago I dont quite have the head room as my plants stretched a lot.
When I remember how to add photos and I get the time I will post a few pics to show the results of the new lights so far on my white Russian fems (not auto) they are on a 12x12 light cycle.

Stay safe

Hi all,

Here are a couple of pics of my White Russian grow. All looking good so far.

Stay safe cain1.

I've put my bluelab ph meter in a couple of pics to show the size of some of the buds. They still have 3 to 4 weeks left until chop.

Hi Bunny,

Thanks for the comments. There are six plants in total in my room. In the pics you can only really see four plants as two of the six were quit small and are on the right of the grow room, one being a total runt but under the new lights it has begun to produce a few nice looking colas, the other smaller plant is a lot better with some really nice buds forming. The photos are pretty crap so I might have a go at taking a few more that are better and post them.
The one thing I have been impressed with this time round, apart from the Telos light is a foliar feed called plant magic evolution. It's the first time I have used this and the plants seem to love it.

Stay safe cain1.

Hi all,

Time for the chop. Here are a few buds that have been under the new GN lights. Even though they are quite a size they are not the full length of the buds as I don't chop all at once so the lower parts of the buds are still on the plant to mature a few more days. Very impressed with the results. These are white Russian fems and are only a sample. There were smaller buds but i got a fair few like these. By the way the bottle is a full size 2 litre coke bottle.

Regards cain1.
