Lighting new GN Units

It is a distinct possibility. I imagine some people will initially buy one unit and buy more as funds become available, so don't foresee a MS glut on ebay all at one time more of a gradual supply .

I don't have any GN LEDs currently but when i do my 3 LEDs I am currently using ,will be kept as spares or go to good homes locally or used for other horticultural projects.

Just a little joke, I'm completely happy with my 0006.

I seem to collect mine, got an original ms0004, an ms0004 with the newer modules(out of my upgraded0006) and obviously my 0006 with 4 rebels
All have paid for themselves so boxed up and stored ready for growing circumstances to change

Should add that while waiting for the new lights to be ready the 0004's will come out of retirement and complement my rebels for the next grow

I've been stalking grownorthern for 6 months trying to get some LED's from them and losing my patients. Yesterday they came back with the same answer rapped up in a different scenario, that is, another 4 weeks. Although, they did say they would be on the web site soon and they sounded up beat one can't help but feel that they are been disingenuous about the situation after so many promises

have you ever wanted something real bad that your blind to other options? We'll that me with GN, but I can't wait any longer, I've started to hear great things about budmasters so called god range and I've got money burning in my mattress and an empty tent, it can't be right.

I just read so many "I'm waiting to grow" "I have no lights" comments? GN are just a company making a product, they don't owe anyone grow time, being pissd at them in any way is just not productive energy. They are obviously making sure their products are the best they can be, which is why everyone here is even talking about them.

It's easy for me to say I suppose because I have one hanging in my tent, but if I was that desperate, I'd just go buy some CFL's and veg a photo under it for a few weeks-just get over it and move forwards, if a GN light means so much then the wait must be worth it.

I say KUDOS for GN for not releasing a product they aren't 100% happy with!

i do think people have right to ask why its running this late tho as if i remember right they should have been out in june:/

I've been looking at Bubmaster lights for a number of years, think the company was called "greenlights LED" or something similar. They are a reseller of lights from "Evergrow lighting /Evergrow sytsems" (Shenzhen Sanxinbao Semiconductor Lighting Co.,ltd).

A while back Budmaster (greenlights LED) anounced it would no longer be selling to the public directly and instead selling them through other suppliers.

Whilst still very expensive I have found the "Budmaster II 675XG LED Grow Light" for £775 at http://www.onestopforgrowing.co.uk/shop/lighting/budmaster-ii-led-grow-light

It may be possible to find Bud Master II cheaper from other grow stores, you would have to look round, Bud master's site has a map with retail seller, which you need to check each retailers site.

It seems buying direct from bud master is more expensive than buying from retail supplier the price is higher direct form Bud Master, which leads me to believe they will sell to the public but discourage this practice buy bumping up the price.

As frustrating as it is, waiting for the new Grow Northern is really in my opinion is the best option, all good things come to he who waits.

I am waiting patiently, Grown Northern have not made any promises, only ball park release dates and have kept us informed as to why there is a delay from their desired intial launch date.

There are plenty of LED lights reviewed here at AFN is it possible if you really can't wait 4 weeks,then maybe you could buy an inexpensive LED just for the start of your grow and get a new Grow Northern when they are released. It will be possible then to use these grow lights side by side and it will still be cheaper than buying a bud master.


PS I understand your frustration but swearing in a post generally won't help you it shows you are unable to control your emotions and shows a lack of maturity, which will make people not want to reply in a helpful manner.

Blob, I'm waiting on their new light too but I've got to say that I did have the option of buying one the old MS range from GN 3.5 months ago. I chose to wait coz of the silent nature of the new light.

They have never set a launch date they just said the hoped to release but obviously they have had delays. The only thing GN have done wrong is being optimistic about the time scale.
