Indoor New grow idea for autoflowers

Alright so here we go, photoperiod plants have lighting on and then off for a certain portion of the day while autos can have 24 hour lighting. My idea is have intense lighting for 12 hours 50000 lux or higher and then during the other 12 hours lower the lighting to about 20000 lux so the leaves can be watered without the magnifying effect occuring. I call it "water cycles" instead of light cycles. Some growers will grow plants and end up with yellow areas on the leaves or brown spots and think it has something to do with nutrients but really if your soil is good, its you are watering with intense lighting.

Check out my plant I ended up watering with intense light, you can see the brown spots and areas that turned yellow from leaf damage. Leaf damage slows growth.

This might be a good idea if the plant benefits from the leaves being misted.

you could also try to not splash the water on the leafs when watering , ive always watered while under intense lighting

id agree its not good to mist/spray while under intense lighting though

Never mist under a hps/mh especially if you have a fan on in the groom

95% of the time those issues are caused by incorrect soil pH causing nutrient lockout. Nothing to do with lighting, misting or water on the leaves. That's what I'm seeing on your plant. Dollars to donuts your soil pH is incorrect.

yes..No need to foliar feed. they drink from their roots. Assuming no lockout.
