New Grower New grow Red Dwarf and Northern Light

looking good dude like swampman said wait on the nutes or you will burn em up.

Okay today is week 1. So far my little plants are doing well. I misted the plants for the first 4 days. I got a 1/2 gallon jug and put 1ml of liquid Karma in the water. I PHd the water to a good 6.2 and misted the crap out of the soil. On the 5th day I used the same 1/2 gallon jug with 1ml of Liquid Karma and 2 drops of a root enhancer. I pored the solution on both plants. I did not use all of the mix because I did not want to drown the roots. Like I said I suck at making really small mixes so I always use a gallon or a 1/2 gallon to mix and just pore the extra on my flowers outside. Anyway back to the subject. The plants are doing really good I think. The Red Dwarf is looking super healthy and the Northern Lights is doing well also. I will continue to add a little more water after each feeding as they grow. On my last grow I was told LK could be used for seedlings. It seems to really help. Here are some pictures. Please critique me as much as possible.
2.jpgphoto (1).jpgThe Red Dwarf is on the left and the Northern Lights is on the right. I switched form my large grow tent to my small grow tent. The reason being it is a lot easier for me to control the heat in a small grow tent. Thanks for any and all advice.

image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgIt's been over a week or so since I have updated . I am currently at half strength nutes. Seems I am having a cal/mag problem but the plants are growing. The red dwarf has shown that's it's a female so one down one to go. I will continue to feed at half strength lucas formula. Here are some updated pics. They are almost 3 weeks old. The first two are the dwarf last is the northern light

Number one rule for most of my grows is let the soil dry out a bit between watering. Allow your pots dry out a bit and lift them up and get a feel of how light it is. Give a good watering (SLOWLY) until there is at least a 20% run off. Lift the pots and see how heavy they are. Then wait 24 hours and pick them up and get a feel of the weight. Do that until the pot is light and easy to lift and saturate again. Let the roots take up as much moisture as possible before watering. You'll get a rhythm of the grow. The rhythm of my grow is every 3rd day with excellent air circulation.

Easy on the nutrients. FEED-WATER-WATER is a safe method to keep the soil fresh. Keep an eye on the leaf tips. Any brown tips it's "over" something.

I waited so long to give nutrients in a soilless mix like a newb I am having a difficult time getting them right. I will learn if I get a half O out of both plants combined it's better than nothing

You are looking good josh!! Alittle cal/mag, dont go up on your nutes, just keep it there for a week or so. I would pull your Led up a bit. I set mine at 32 inches and let them grow to it. Led will stack the nodes(branching) really tight if you are not careful. You want about a good inch gap per branches until about week 3-4 then leave the light where its at and move it up as the plant gets closer. Cali lightworks recomends 18-24 inches in veg, but I have found that will even stack the plant too tight. I go with 32 inches and let em grow to it. In flower, I would set it 12-14 inches and check for bleaching. If you get it 12 inches away without bleaching, I personally wouldn't go much closer. Just keep an eye on it a few time a day, if you have time. relax brother, you are doing a great job!! let her do her thing!! I'll sub your thread and check in on ya. Relax!! Look into the heavy 16 foliar!!

Hey man nice little set up you have there. Im going to sub up if you dont mind.
