Ok guys, little help, I have loose buds, think it was because it was too warm/not enough air movement ie fan.
Any other possibilities on airy buds? They smoke great!

It could simply be that the specific hybrid produces buds in that manner, or perhaps it was the tendency of this specific plant, either way you still got some great meds.
