Hi All,
I been monitoring this site for some time while i qietly tried my own hand at starting my very first grow. I ordered the superbox from super closet because I am not a handy man when it comes to building that type of stuff so please no hate. Before I ask any questions i been trying to teach myself as I go. Anywho I am a total noob at this but i think up until last week with week 3 from germinating my own seeds 2 out of the 6 seeds failed i was off to a good start. I ordered auto sweet devil cream and auto bubble and another that escapes me. Anywho I had all fresh leaves and turns out i got some droopies which i found out i was over watering them. I had the time to water every 4 hrs for 4 min at a time doh. I CORRECTED that on Sunday so i am hoping the one that looked droopy recovers. Besides droopy some of the coloring was slightly yellow which i read could also be related to over watering. This is my setup right now..

Superbox like i said

Temps:75
Hum:30-35
Light: stock 200w feliz 2700k I purchased the 6500k should be here tomm.
nutes:
Technaflora for success w/ gh root enhancer

The nutes I am guving right now are the transplating nutes at recommended dos.
B1 green
Root 66
Sugar daddy

My question is that it seems to take the roots long time to pop through so i was wondering how long d the roots need to be before starting veg?

I just introed the root enhancer on monday with a clean flush with flora kleen with fresh nutes and after 1 day i did see some nice fresh white roots on some.

Other question is how long should i feed the veg nutes before the flower/bloom nutes.

Thanks guys and gals for any help. The attached is what mine looks like nowm I put the tank on top of shoe box to be more closer to light.

They look stretchy and stressed. Turn fan off for now. Lower light about 6 inches from what I can tell.. Be careful, doing so is like russian roulette. To close and say good bye. Also, you are going to have to make a decision.. With that set up, two plants max. So you are going to have to pick the strongest. Move those towards the center. Make sure you have a mad bubbles in the water (Move air stone to the middle as well) and close off any drippers that you are not using. Be careful with the heat!

Hi bigolnoob
I think they got stetchy because the superbix light is non adjustable so first 2 weeks of moving them in there indidnt have the shoe box in there sobthey were close to light so I think thats why they stretched?

Like I mentioned this is s superbox which doesnt allow me to adjust the lights.

I want to see which plants get strong roots if i have to remove 2 of them. I purposely researched the strains that were auto and grew low indoors. I would prefer to take all 4 plants to the max to see if they all can work. Ibdi have alot of bubbles also. Whatvdo you mean close off the drippers ?

Also how about my other questions?

By the way looks likenthat droopy plant is recovering.

Fan is off

Welcome A4L,

thanks for the nice intro. If you have not yet started a journal, I would look to posting one in the New Growers area. Lots of peeps will then be able to offer advice and guise you along the way.
Sadly you have done one of the biggest newbie mistakes of over watering. We have all been there. So, you are in good company. I hold my hand up to that one as well. lol.

enjoy AFN, eP.
