Welcome dope this is a great place. Listen to Muddy he will steer you through your grow. I do a lot different than Muddy but I would reccoment you do as he says and not me. I am just al old fart of a grower and too dumb to change.

Hello AFN, this is my first grow so far so any help would be awesome. I have two auto ak seeds sprouting right now in fox farm soil. I have 4 clf bulbs in (2 65watt and 2 23 watt) on an 18-6 time schedule. No nutes right now and i m 4 days in. 2 days germ and 2 days planted heres a look.

Ocean Forest contains a lot of castings and guano and is generally not recommended for seedlings. It can be a bit hot for some strains and can burn them, so keep a close eye. Next grow I would suggest using Happy Frog for seedlings and then into OF once they are established.

Learn to water by the weight of the pots. Get a feel for them when they are almost completely dry and only water when they feel that way again. When you water, given enough so that about 10% runs out the bottom of the pot.

Leaves are looking great. I had a few seeds in a row getting stuck in their shells, got lucky them fixing it themselves in the end. Greem Karma

Now before i research i wanted to throw a question out just to see your guys responses. The one plant is leaning all the way over like onto the side of the cup. Should i support it with a wooden rod and string or just let it go?

Usually when they get spindly and start to lean over the lights are to far away.What kind of lights do you have and how far are they from the plants?

You should also have a fan blowing gently on them, just enough to vibrate them or move them slightly. The movement will help to strengthen the stalks.

i have two PC fans on them but i dont think they are doin the job so im going to buy a small desk fan. and i have 2 13 watt 2700k Cfl bulbs and 2 23 watt 6700k bulbs. they are on 24/7
