well i have one of those window fans that i put on exhaust and it goes right outside would that be my best best to get rid of the smell?

I use a 23 watt ionized cfl to help keep odors down. They work really well for small enclosed spaces (ie under 6 small flowering plants) anything more you might want to invest in a more high tech method. The bulbs are about $16 online for name brand. However in order to remove odor they must be left on at all times. So maybe one in the grow area and one in a fixture in an adjacent room if smell is a major issue for you.

I see some curling on the leaf edges of the first one. Could be heat stress. How close do you have the light and what are your temps and humidity running at?

Also, you need to rotate your pictures.
